pactkeep is not open yet. This page says what that means today, and what we will publish before anyone uploads a contract.

Today
pactkeep stores no contracts. The only personal data we hold is the waitlist: your email address and, if you choose to give it, roughly how many vendor contracts your team manages. The privacy policy explains how we handle it.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
Before the first contract is uploaded
Contracts are sensitive. Before pactkeep accepts a single one, this page will state, in plain language:
- where contracts are stored, by region;
- how they are encrypted, in transit and at rest;
- who at pactkeep can access them, and when;
- whether any customer document is used to train a model;
- which sub-processors handle your data;
- how to export and permanently delete everything.
