Who we are

pactkeep AB, a company registered in Sweden, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@pactkeep.io.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Roughly how many vendor contracts your team manages, only if you choose to tell us.
• Technical data that our hosting provider records when you visit, such as your IP address, in its server logs.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

Why we use it

We use your email address to send you one message when pactkeep opens. We use the optional answer to decide which teams to invite first. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.

Hosting logs are kept to run the website securely; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected from abuse.

Who handles it for us

The website and the waitlist form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf as our data processor. Netlify may process data outside the EU and EEA under its data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until we have sent the launch email and you have had the chance to sign up, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, to restrict how we use it, or to give you a copy. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@pactkeep.io and we will act within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se) or the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

When pactkeep opens and starts handling contracts, this policy will be updated before any contract is uploaded. The date at the top shows the latest version.
