Stop auto-renewing contracts you meant to cancel.

pactkeep reads your contracts, tracks every notice deadline and renegotiates before renewal, for ops and finance teams. You approve everything it sends.

One example contract, from signature to renewal.

From the contract

Every date we show links to the clause it came from.

§11.3 Term and renewal This Agreement shall renew automatically for successive twelve (12) month periods unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal not less than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then-current term.

It renews on 12 Mar 2027 unless you give notice by 12 Dec 2026.

The clause on the left, its meaning on the right, and the date you need to act on. If pactkeep is unsure about a date it read, it asks you to check it instead of guessing.

From upload to renewal.

  • Reads every contract

Upload PDFs, Word files or scans, or forward them from your inbox. pactkeep finds the renewal date, notice period, notice deadline, annual value and your obligations, and links each one to its clause.

  • Watches the deadlines

Every contract is in force, in its notice window, or needs action. You hear from pactkeep when there is a decision to make, and not before.

  • Renegotiates at renewal

Before renewal, pactkeep prepares a brief: what you pay now and the terms it will ask for. You read and approve it. Then it runs the conversation with your vendor and shows you the full transcript.

  • Finds alternatives

If the vendor will not move, pactkeep puts comparable vendors and their terms side by side, so you have a real option.

How renegotiation works.

Does anything reach my vendor without my approval?

No. You read the full brief and the exact message before anything is sent. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Who does the vendor hear from?

pactkeep writes as pactkeep, on your behalf. Every message says who it is from and which company it represents, and you are copied, so your vendor can always reply to you directly. pactkeep never pretends to be you.

Can I see what was said?

Yes. Every message sent and received is in the transcript, at every stage.

What if pactkeep reads a contract wrong?

Anything it is unsure about is flagged for you to check rather than quietly accepted, and every term links to the clause it came from so you can verify it in one click.

Before you upload a single contract

pactkeep is not open yet, and it stores no contracts today. Before the first upload we will publish where contracts are stored, how they are encrypted, who can access them and whether any model is trained on them.
